Refund Policy
We're sure you'll love our products, but if you change your mind or no longer want any items for any reason, you can return them for up to 14 days from when you receive them for a full refund. Just let us know by email (using the contact details below) and then send the goods back to us – you will need to pay the cost of postage and they must be unused and in a re-saleable condition. We will refund you via the same payment method you used to place your order within 14 days.
Damaged Items
If any item you received any product purchased on this website in a damaged or faulty condition, please send proof of your purchase and clear images of the damaged product to us by email. We will arrange for repair or replacement and pay the costs of return of any goods to us. This condition does not apply to any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear or damage through use (whether deliberate or by accident).
